Mr. Gough is Of Counsel to Bell, McAndrews & Hiltachk, LLP.  He also practices with the Los Angeles law firm of Straw & Gough where he engages in trial and appellate work focusing on business matters. Mr. Gough has represented clients in numerous state and federal appeals including reported decisions involving the political reform act, the freedom of information act (FOIA), the California environmental quality act (CEQA) and Proposition 62.

Mr. Gough is admitted to practice in the states of California and Ohio as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and all United States District courts in California. He received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University where he was a member of the law review.
